As part of the International Scientific Conference “Inverse Problems, Mathematical Modeling and Artificial Intelligence,” held in Almaty on October 7–10, 2026, a meeting took place between A.T. Khabiev, Deputy General Director at Joldasbekov Institute of Mechanics and Engineering (JIME), and N.A. Ispulov, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science at Toraighyrov University.

Following the meeting, a Cooperation Agreement on Scientific and Educational Collaboration was signed, aimed at developing cooperation in training of master’s students and PhD doctoral students.

The parties also agreed to explore the possibility of establishing a master’s degree program in Mechanics, conducting joint scientific research, publishing research findings in international scientific journals, and engaging young researchers in the implementation of joint research projects.

The new agreement creates additional opportunities for integrating science and education, advancing interdisciplinary research, and training highly qualified scientific and engineering personnel.
