On February 13, 2026, as part of an expanded meeting of a collegium of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a large-scale scientific exhibition was held with the participation of scientists from higher educational institutions and research institutes.

The exhibition, held at the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K. Satpayev was visited by a delegation led by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan S.Nurbek and Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan G. Kobenova.

More than 40 innovative projects were presented to the guests. Modern developments in the field of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, agriculture, nanotechnology, metallurgy, food industry and other strategically important industries were demonstrated. Scientists spoke in detail about the practical significance of their projects, the possibilities of their implementation in production and the economy, as well as the potential for commercialization. 

One of the presented projects was the development result of JIME scientists “Development of technology for deep processing and equipment for vacuum freeze drying of mare and camel milk”, Principle Investigator, PhD, Associate Professor A.B. Rakhmatullina.

As a result of R&D, an industrial prototype of a vacuum sublimation plant was created. The developed technology of drying mare’s and camel’s milk ensures high efficiency, reproducibility and compliance with the requirements of the standards. The project participants have developed a complete set of design and technological documentation. Production tests have been carried out. Protection documents have been received.
